Social Media

Challenge:
Interact with a large number of fans of the brand and develop a sense of community around the site’s fan pages. We wanted to create a strong sense of participation on their Facebook and Twitter pages as well as a presence on blogs.
Stragegy:
We constantly interact with fans on Facebook and Twitter. By asking questions and responding when fans answer them, we feel that we create a personal feeling to the fan page, rather than it being a black hole of content from the company with no real interaction. We also find bloggers to write reviews of THiNQ. We’ve run contests for them through their Facebook page, which has also gained the company over 1,400 new likes since Blink took over their social media. We work to capitalize on all media relating to THiNQ, from appearances on talk shows, to fans video reviews and blog posts about the beverage. All of these pieces of media are shared on THiNQ's Facebook and Twitter to keep fans in the loop about THiNQ.
Success:
With over 1,400 new likes, THiNQ’s social media is taking off. There is almost daily interaction on their Facebook page, both from fans wanting to share their joy after finding THiNQ, and in response to posts by THiNQ. We’ve even had a handful of posts by fans that have been commented on by other fans, making THiNQ’s Facebook page a communication hub for THiNQ fans across the country.
